By entering this competition, participants agree to the following:

1. Use of Entries

   • Recipes submitted may be published by Sweeter Banana across marketing channels including website, social media, newsletters, and printed promotional materials (such as recipe magnets).

   • Minor edits may be made to recipes for clarity, formatting, or consistency.

2. Intellectual Property

   • By submitting an entry, participants grant Sweeter Banana a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share their recipe for promotional purposes.

   • Credit will be given to the entrant by first name (and surname initial if required).

3. Eligibility

   • Entrants must be residents of Western Australia.

   • Employees of Sweeter Banana and their immediate families are not eligible to win prizes.

4. Privacy

   • Contact details provided will only be used to administer the competition.

   • Participants can choose to opt in or out of receiving future updates, recipes, or competitions from Sweeter Banana.

5. Prizes

   • The winning recipe will be featured on a future Sweeter Banana recipe magnet.

   • All eligible entries go into the draw to win a Family Pass to the Perth Royal Show.

   • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

6. General Conditions

   • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
